Frequently Asked Questions

  • All payments are processed through Stripe which accepts credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. As a member of Stripe Climate, 1% of our revenue goes to fund carbon removal.

  • Packages are shipped 2-3 days after receipt of orders placed before 5:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. Carrier speeds vary, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

  • Restore & Upcycle is currently only accepting orders within the United States.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You will need to supply the order confirmation number when opening a return. Any refund requests received after one month (30 days) following receipt by you will not qualify for a refund.

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), undergarments, jewelry, and opened personal care goods (such as unsealed fragrance and beauty products). Any items with safety seals must be returned with the seals intact.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • We allow for cancellations if the order has not yet shipped. Please send an email to orders@restoreupcycle.com as soon as possible to ensure cancellation is successful.
